The therapy
is the length
We're a group of sauna lovers.
There are a lot of reasons to love it. The one we kept coming back to was how long you get. Long enough is therapy. It's also just plain fun. So we named it after that.
Two hours gets you hot and sends you home. A weekend is a different thing — sauna when you want, nap when it feels right, snack, feast, wander, sit by the fire, put a record on. Meet people, and catch up with the ones you brought.
No clock. No next group.
